Sionsberg Farmstay offers self-catering accommodation in a beautiful farmhouse built in 1741. The accommodation is on a working avocado, macadamia, grain, and sheep farm, located halfway between Heidelberg and Riversdale on the Korentepoort road.
This lovely home can accommodate up to 8 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The spacious main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the third and fourth bedrooms each have a single bed, and the fifth bedroom is furnished with a double bed. These 4 rooms share the second bathroom, which is fitted with a bath, toilet, and basin, as well as an outdoor shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, air fryer, coffee machine, ice-making machine, cutlery, and crockery, as well as a central dining table. This home features 2 living areas with comfortable seating, a built-in braai, an honesty bar, and a table tennis table. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
At the back of the house is a large deck with a beautiful view over a vegetable garden and the majestic Langeberg Mountains. On the deck, there is a Kolkol worm bath and a table and chairs for 10 guests.
The furnished front porch consists of an 8-seater table and chairs on one side and an entertaining area on the other, which is the full length of the house with a beautiful view of the neatly manicured garden, oak trees, and Langeberg Mountains.
