Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1000 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
Final payment must be made at least a month before intended date of arrival. Directions, alarm codes and key pick-up arrangements will not be communicated after final payment was cleared by the back.
One small dog is allowed with prior arrangements only, at an additional cost.
A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional cost.
Guests must please wash their own dishes before departure. A fine may be charged for dirty dishes.
Strictly no smoking inside the unit. A penalty will be applied.
The unit is not wheelchair friendly due to stairs from the parking area to the house.
Guests should bring their own pillows and towels. There are a few loan pillows available.
The breakage deposit payable directly to the owner, will be paid back within 5 working days after departure if no breakages were reported.
Ugu municipality is currently experiencing water issues so please use water very sparingly.
Please note, that the accommodation is accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for the elderly, or guests with disabilities. Children are to be attended to by parents near the stairs.
