Efficient system in place for coming and going. Lovely water pressure, excellent.

I would have liked another pillow.

Was baie gerieflik sal hul weer gebruik.

Was aangenaam. Sal net meer kussings op bed wou hê. Die 2 wat daar was, was maar pap.

Ligging, ligging, ligging.

Ek, my vrou en ons tiener dogter het daar gebly vir 5 nagte. Ons was in kamer 7. Dit was lekker stil en het 'n patio waar jy darem buite kan sit en 'n wyntjie drink. Dit is 'n baie goeie ligging omdat jy baie naby aan die promenade is, naby aan die V&A Waterfront, naby aan winkels, naby aan baie goeie restaurante en koffie winkels. Die ligging is hierdie plek se grootste waarde. Hulle het wel straatparkering, maar dit is nie vir publieke parkering nie, wat dit baie handig maak in Seepunt. Parkering is 'n probleem. Klein negatiewe is dat dit nie 'n see-uitsig het nie, dit het nie 'n lugversorger in nie. Ek dink 'n lugversorger sal hierdie plekkie baie goed doen. Dit was nogal warm en met die muskiete kan mens nie met die patiodeur oop slaap nie. Die stort het nogal erg gelek. Dit is maar net 'n stukkie onderhoud wat gedoen moet word. Ontvangs is baie vriendelik en deeglik. Hulle noem dat hulle nie ontbyt gee nie. Hulle gee wel 'n ligte ontbyt met 'n bietjie graankos, joghurt, koue vleis en broodjies. Dit was goed genoeg vir ons.

My stay fell short of expectations, with cleanliness issues and undisclosed fees.

The unexpected additional charges for stains and administrative fees were not disclosed, leading to an unpleasant surprise during check-out.

With regards to the additional fees: we do not charge a security deposit for the Guest House and therefore we invoice you when damages are made. We do our best to remove the stains with treatments or additional cleaning, if it is not possible we do need to invoice you as the guest for these damages. I apologise if this was not expected.
