The hot water comes from a 150litre geyser which is more than adequate to supply the establishment. Had you turned the lever to the left, or alternatively the center you would have discovered that there was hot water and enjoyed a hot shower.
The same W-Fi signal has been supplied to all guests, some long stay and short stay, and you are the first to establish this bad bandwidth as how Wi-Fi is affected everywhere in S.A. with dips.
After being told you will arrive at 13:00 which I made myself available to check you in, and orientate you and your family, you finally arrived at 20:45. Also informing me the address you were supplied with was incorrect, then re-looking at the message I sent you, it was established to discover that you stopped off at Natalia, and had a leisure afternoon of swimming.
Refunds will take place when full blame is on the establishment. However, when the facility has everything in place namely, hot water and Wi-Fi and no opportunity to show you how to reset the Wi-Fi and where the hot water tap is, then no, there are no grounds for us to refund.
Every single guest has been treated with the utmost respect, as with how you and your family were on arrival after your afternoon spent at Natalia. I was not afforded any other interaction before you re-joined your party at Natalia where you were closer to your team. Natalia is in fact a distance apart from each other.
