I would not recommend anyone to use them. Waited at the reception for 30 minutes before someone came. We called both numbers but no answer. In the room, the aircon, bedside lights and electric blanket did not work. There were towels for 1 person only and no shower mat. I called the guy who only came after probably an hour. The room was like a refrigerator. He couldn't get the aircon to work, went to get plugs and the one light worked. He did something to the warm blanket but it took about 2 hours to warm up. The guy would come back later, but we didn't see him again.
