Goed gebly met teleurstelling van swembad. Het lekker gebly, maar al teleurstelling was die swembad wat nie beskikbaar was weens verbeteringe. Kies altyd 'n akkommodasie met swembadgeriewe.

It was a great stay under all the circumstances, including the food. The family room was great except for the shower handle, which needed attention from the maintenance team. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I did hear that there was going to be an auction the next day, so understandably, there would be a drop in the services rendered by the personnel. I do hope that all went well and that the hotel can now be at its best.

Value for money but some checks required on functional equipment and warm bedding. I sent up my team of five who were doing a week-long project at the accommodation. It was value for money for a chalet and nice and close to the site. My team reported back that each bed only had one blanket and no spares on site. Given it was winter, they were very cold. The two-plate cooker was so slow to heat that they struggled to cook food on it.

Dit was aangenaam maar aktiwiteite in die area is te min. Bietjie teleurgestel want swembad en speelpark vir die kinders was buite werking.

Die slegte huisie akkommodasie wat ek nog bespreek het. Geen ekstra komberse in die kamer nie, asook geen handdoeke, koffie, suiker of melk in die kombuis.

Honest marketing - if your pool doesn't work, tell prospective guests. No operational swimming pool in peak season. Not safe enough to walk to the beach. The bar fridge in the room was so small it only accommodated three cooldrinks and ice. Unable to adjust the fridge temperature to make it colder, therefore the ice was melting in the fridge. Always missing something at meals, e.g. curry without papadum. WiFi signal so weak struggled to receive calls. No solar panels or generator, so at times of load shedding everything went off - no lights, no TV, no air con, no WiFi. Would suggest purchase of a generator for load shedding, a bar fridge in each room whose temperature can be adjusted to make it colder, an operational swimming pool, consistency in the quality of meals, full DSTV package including sport, trays for room service, clean linen and towels for guests staying longer than three days, and bigger cereal bowls.
