A comfortable, lovely stay overall. Our stay was really nice. The place was beautiful and clean with everything in all the rooms to make the stay easy and comfortable. Our only feedback: The floors were slightly slippery. We assume it's due to the floor detergent used. It will be convenient to have liquid soap in the bathrooms for hand washing. Thank you.

Absolutely wonderful. A traveller's dream. I received amazing service from the get-go. The pictures of Starfish Cottage, Langebaan don't do justice to what the place actually looks like. This place is absolutely stunning. The host, Nicky, was so understanding and helpful when we had to check in later than anticipated, and I could text her whenever I needed help or assistance. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved the open spaces, the bedrooms were gorgeous, the kitchen had everything we required and so much more. Although misty, we enjoyed the hot tub, and the awesome views that came from the deck. The house is super conveniently located right opposite Club Mykonos, where we had supper one night, and had no issues entering the premises of the resort. The house is also 2 minutes away from the mall which was so great. I will definitely recommend Starfish Cottage, Langebaan. We will undoubtedly be coming back to this amazing establishment.

Beautiful place with the perfect setting in Langebaan. Thank you for the beautiful house, except there were too many rules, for example, the expectations of the guests to make sure dustbins are emptied, towels on a certain place, etc. Please place all the house rules on the website for guests to make an informed choice and not be handed a 5-page document after final payment. Thank you.

Dear Sue-ellem, we appreciate your comments and review as they are always helpful for us to improve in order for us to provide our guests with a positive experience at Starfish Cottage, Langebaan. With regard to the house rules you refer to. The document that all our guests receive not only contains house rules but also provides helpful house information such as how to use the hot-tub, the alarm procedure, TV, parking, etc. This document is also important for the safety and security of the guest. In the same document, we ask guests just to throw all used towels into the bath at the end of their stay, which is not an unreasonable request. We do not expect our guests to empty dustbins, however, we do ask guests not to let dustbins overflow to the ground, and should dustbins be too full during the course of their stay, to kindly empty the dustbin into the big wheelie bin, just as they would do at home. We have provided enough bins - one inside the kitchen, one outside at the braai area, and then there is the big wheelie bin. All of our guests receive this document directly to their email at least a week prior to their arrival, in order that all information is transparent. If there were any unclear expectations, then that was not intentional. We do hope that you will visit the cottage again in the near future. Kind regards, Nicky / Owner

Lekker vakansie gehou, sal die plek aanbeveel! Die plek is baie goed geleë, letterlik 5 min loop na die mall en hoofstrand. Baie netjies en silwerskoon, sal vir seker weer daar bly! Die eienaars is baie hulpvaardig en het elke dag 'n opdatering gekry oor die beurtkrag skedule.
