No noise or music are permitted.
No parties or events including bachelor and bachelorette parties.
Spit-braais are not allowed.
No pets, unless pre-arranged.
To avoid additional cleaning fees, please leave the property in the same condition as it was found.
As all the properties are residential homes, guests’ respect to the property as well as the neighbours will be appreciated.
The premises are not leased to provide a venue for friends, family, or other invitees.

Contravention of any of the conditions in this paragraph will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the security deposit.
