Enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay on Thursday evening. It was beautiful, clean and had everything that we needed. Looking forward to our next stay there.

Great, also no visitors allowed, which was not what I expected. Perfect location but too noisy in the corridors.

Hi Wendy, Thanks for your review and the concern raised with noise in corridors. Was the noise from cleaning staff or other guests? I would like to have this addressed, so I would highly value your input. There is a strict policy of no guests, as this raises security concerns since guests are not checked in and vetted and cannot be held responsible. If you were expecting a guest, you are welcome to book 2 guests from the onset and have your guest check in at reception, so they are an official checked-in guest.

Hi Gerhard, Ek vra innig omverskoning vir die ongerief wat julle ondervind het met julle verblyf in my eenheid. Ongelukkig was die persone aan diens nie opgewasse om die tipe probleem te ontlont nie. Dit is op trustee vlak bespreek en ons het nou kontrak geteken met gewapende reaksie eenheid wat sal intree wanneer ons ooit weer so insident ondervind.
