Veilig en lekker geslaap. Voertuig was baie veilig. Baie vriendelike personeel en kamer was baie skoon.

All round amazing experience! We stayed in the double deluxe room with a splash pool on the balcony during the weekend of the 20th of April 2024. We were assisted by friendly staff. The room was clean and neat. We just wished the weather played along as we were not able to use the pool; it looked very inviting! If you are at this hotel, make sure to visit the Steam on Main Spa located at reception; do not let looks deceive you! The small spa provided us with the best massages we have ever had, and the two ladies were very friendly and professional. We were also pleasantly surprised that we were able to choose more than one meal per person at breakfast as part of the bed and breakfast rate. The food served was great! The Bougainvilla Restaurant next to this hotel has the most amazing cocktails at half price every day from 4-6pm and is well worth it! There were just two downsides to our stay: there are only two parking bays, the rest is all off-street parking, and secondly, the hinges on the doors and balcony door were broken on our arrival.

Will recomment Sugar Hotel to anyone that needs accommodation near the Waterfront. It was very clean and the breakfast was out if this world. Thank you once more for the excellent service with a smile.

We enjoyed our stay. We had a wonderful time at the Sugar Hotel and Spa. Breakfast was great although some of the items on the menu were not available.

Ons het lekker gebly in die ruim kamer en lekker ontbyt wat ingesluit was. Die hotel is baie lekker sentraal. Ongelukkig is dit juis om daardie rede ook baie raserig van die verkeer. Indien jy nie baie in jou hotelkamer gaan wees nie, is dit nie so hinderlik nie, maar selfs in die aande is die verkeer maar konstant daar.

A truly enjoyable stay. It was a very pleasant stay with good proximity to the Waterfront. We went on different tours every day, and the accommodation helped to organise them. The accommodation must acquire a generator for emergency power supply.

Ons het slegs 1 nag spandeer. Die TV het nie gewerk nie en hul is nie vir loadshedding voorberei nie. Die restaurant op die perseeel is ook toe.

It was fine. Ventilation is poor in bedroom. Actually non-compliant according to building regulations. Bedroom very small. There is no swimming pool and no view of mountain as advertised.

Dear Trevor, Thank you for your feedback, here at Sugar Hotel we do have different room types that suit everyone's pocket. We have rooms with plunge pools and a Mountain view, and we also have ground-floor rooms without any view, and these are our budget rooms. Why one would expect a plunge pool when they booked a room without one and the same as Mountain view. All the details of the rooms are not hidden but it is in black and white for everyone to see. When you book again next time go for the upper rooms, which are our Superior King rooms. Kind regards, Oncemore
