Sunflower Villa is a lovely self-catering holiday villa with warm and natural features ideally located in the heart of Village Du Reservoir, Franschhoek. This could be a great option for a family or tourists wanting to explore this beautiful wine valley as it is so close to surrounding wine farms and the property spoils with an inviting swimming pool.
This property can accommodate a total of 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The air-conditioned main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Both bathrooms are fitted with a shower, bath, washbasin and toilet. All linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own towels.
The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. For guests’ convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are available too. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for guests to enjoy their meals together. The cosy lounge has comfy seating, a fireplace and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.
Through the double doors is a covered patio with comfortable outdoor furniture and a built-in braai which is a great spot for a sundowner. This patio leads onto a lush green garden and an inviting swimming pool with sun loungers where guests can relax and catch some sun. The surrounding area offers an array of activities such as mountain bike and hiking trails, ensuring a rich and memorable experience.
