This beach house is located in a nature conservancy in Clansthal and is the ideal place for family and friends looking for a quiet, relaxed break away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is situated about 50 km from Durban. There is a great outdoor entertaining area with amazing sea views, as the beach is ideally situated within close proximity.
This lovely 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house can sleep 12 guests. The main bedroom has 1 queen-size bed and 1 single bed, and the second, third, and fourth bedrooms all have a queen-size bed. The fifth bedroom has 1 tri-bunk bed and 1 single bed. There’s a sleeping area which has 2 single beds, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. The first bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, toilet, and washbasin. The second bathroom has a bath only and the third bathroom is fitted with a shower only.
The open-plan kitchen is equipped with 2 fridges, a gas hob, oven, microwave, toaster, basic cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. There’s also a dining table with chairs. The living area is furnished with comfortable couches that lead to the outdoor entertaining area with amazing sea views.
The veranda has a dining table with chairs and leads to the deck with a swimming pool and portable braai facilities. The house is situated in a large, subtropical garden which is home to over 50 species of birds and is ideal for both children and dogs to play in. Secure parking is available on-site.
