The Cottage on the Corner

Fantastic.

We had a very warm welcome from Jude. The cottage is perfectly situated close to the Himeville Common. The fireplace was set for us.

Net een aand geslaap maar dit het alles gehad wat ons nodig gehad het. Gasvrou was baie vriendelik.

Beautiful and relaxing.

The Cottage on the Corner was our first stop on our road trip from Pretoria to Mosselbay. Here we could relax and unwind with not a care in the world. We had the most incredible dinner at the Stonehouse kitchen on the recommendation of Judy, our host. In the morning we went for a nice run to further explore the town. The cottage was comfortable for the 2 of us, we needed nothing more, the shower was amazing! The little fireplace was a great touch and quickly heated up the cottage. We will definitely be back!

Ons was absoluut mal oor die woonstel.

Judy was 'n uitstekende gasheer, altyd byderhand vir enige iets wat ons nodig gehad het. Die woonstel is in 'n pragtige ligging, en so rustig. Sal beslis terugkeer.

Lekker gebly en baie vriendelike diens.

Baie mooi en Sani-pas was 'n hoogtepunt.

'n Uitstekende ervaring.

Baie netjies, uitstekende waarde vir geld en uiters behulpsaam! Beveel dit sterk aan.

Dit was heerlik om by 'n baie netjiese Cottage en gawe en vriendelike gasvrou te kon oorbly.

The Cottage on the Corner is baie ideaal geleë om die omgewing by Himeville te verken, asook om Sani Pas en Lesotho te besoek. Dit was heerlik om die houtstofie in die Cottage aan die brand te steek en tot laataand in 'n warm plek te kon kuier en oor te slaap. Hierdie plek sal ons verseker weer sien as ons weer in daardie omgewing kom.

Absolutely loved our visit here. Such friendly people and an absolutely beautiful area. Will be visiting again on our next trip through the area.

Absoluut verfrissend, netjies en gerieflik.

Baie vriendelike ontvangs gehad. Die plekkie is absoluut goed ingerig met al jou basic needs.

Warm plekkie op 'n koue reënerige dag.

Ons is vriendelik ontvang en die plek is skoon en gerieflik. Sal hom enige tyd aanbeveel.

Wat jy nodig het vir lekker bly is daar.

Baie sentraal as jy Sani Pass wil doen. Lekker ingerig.

Too short unfortunately, absolutely stunning place to have stayed in.

The view of the snow on the Drakensberg mountain was absolutely stunning.

A warm, welcoming cottage, perfect for an overnight stay or a longer visit.

Judy is a gracious, friendly host who has created a lovely base from which to explore a wonderful part of our country.

Well located, and you only need arrive. Lot of thougtht put into the self catering aspect for the unprepared person. Quiet and quaint.
