Great stay, well located, safe parking, nice and neat place.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Docklands. The room was nice, and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. The WiFi had no issues, and the room was cosy. The location was great as it was not too far from the waterfront and within walking distance to Jason's Bakery. I also enjoyed a nice run on the promenade. We will definitely be back. Thank you also to the host, who explained everything so well to us and arranged an extra key.

A rare find, value for money, comfort and close proximity to city life and V&A.

Our host met us in reception on arrival. We were given an undercover secure parking bay. The apartment is immaculate with modern finishes and was perfectly kitted out for our 4-night stay. Attention to detail was excellent from our host. Beds were comfy and amenities on the rooftop a bonus with sweeping views of Cape Town.

I loved the stay and I will stay here again.

The apartment is as per photos, communication was proper, everything in the apartment worked very well, the bed is very comfortable. WiFi speed is awesome. Safety and reception is a 100%. Please put an air freshener in the bathroom. The carpet needs thorough cleaning as it flared up my sinuses. The sliding door needs proper cleaning as it overlooks the mountain and you look at it all the time. These are all minor things that can be sorted. I will definitely stay here again.

Cold, damp and dark.

The ventilation in the bathroom did not work. I emailed the rental agency about it. After 48 hours they still had not replied. The cleaning service was 3 hours late and once there took forever to finish stuff that should have been done in 45 minutes max. The apartment itself is spacious, has a well-equipped kitchen, good working WiFi and has large windows facing south east. Not a ray of sunlight comes in. There is a lack of heating. All in all, a lot of things that look nice in photos, but aren't very comfortable or practical. Architectural flaws topped by an impractical rental company: I am not coming back. Ever.

Baie fun gehad en loopafstand van V & A Waterfront.

Ons het baie van die plek gehou en het regtig dit vreeslik baie geniet, maar die storte was nie baie skoon nie.

Great stay, great location!

The unit was absolutely lovely, stylish and had everything we needed. We woke up every morning and could see the mountain in all its glory. It's location is the bonus. So central. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops and by car you every where within a few minutes. The staff were always checking in and we received great service. Worth every cent!

Baie goeie waarde vir geld.

Puik klientediens, baie netjies en gerieflik met mooi uitsig op Tafelberg. Het my verwagtinge oortref.

Moderne yuppie-gevoel-akkommodasie!

Toesluit-en-ry-eenheid naby die waterfront! Alles mooi en nuut! Lekker swembad met braai-geriewe en prentjiemooi Tafelberg! The Docklands kyk baie mooi na hul gaste en ons was baie gelukkig!

Dit was fntasties! Die swembad op die dak is 'n wenner!

Bietjie kritiek: Toe ons daar aankom het die sekuriteitswag ons ontvang. Ons was nie op hul sisteem nie. Ons het gesukkel om te bewys dat ons wel bespreek het. Die hoofstort was geblok - ons moes ontblok - vuil vol hare. Maar verder was alles 100%. Sal weer daar bespreek.

Baie dankie vir die terugvoering, ons waardeer dit.

Ek vra weereens omverskoning dat julle verblyf het nie op die beste noot begin het nie en sal nie weer gebeur nie. Dis definitief nie ons normale standaarde nie.

Ons het die inspeksies bietjie verander and maak nou seker dat alle storte na iemand uitboek ondersoek word, om te voorkom dat dieselfde nie met ander gaste gebeur.

Jammer vir die ongerief.

Ek hoop alles het uit gewerk met die dogter se onderhoud and dat sy haar tydjie oorsee sal geniet. Ons sien uit om julle weer te akkommodeer.
