Swellendam is 'n wonderlike dorp. My seun het veral die "pool" tafel geniet. Ek kan hierdie gastehuis aanbeveel.

We had a short but lovely stay! We had a lovely stay, thank you so much! Lovely cottage, pity we couldn't spend more time there.

Baie lekker. Was 'n baie lekker plekkie en baie vriendlike dorpie. Die rustigheid het ons goed gedoen.

Die kuier in Swellendam was baie lekker en sal Swellendam enige tyd weer besoek. Was baie veilig en 'n mooi area. Vir die een aand se slaap was dit okay.

We felt uncomfortable with the level of cleanliness. The location was perfect and the host was lovely and friendly. We just found the place a little dirty, as well as the crockery, cutlery and pots. We had to wash them before using. It's quiet and okay for just a sleep if dirt does not bother you; cleanliness is not an issue for you. We have stayed in many guest houses and this one was not lekker. They just need to make sure everything is washed well and dust-free, and it would be good.

Wonderful stay, warm water, warm beds, discreet hosts. The host was welcoming and we found everything we needed in the cottage. The beds were warm and the electric blanket was wonderful. Of all the places we have stayed, this had the best quality mattress by far; well done. The shower had instant hot water - fantastic. The cottage is rustic and we enjoyed the indoor fireplace. Sometimes it's the small details that make the difference. Good luck to the hosts.

Ongelooflik lekker. Die vriendelike ontvangs was perfek. Experience heaven on earth. Very romantic and breathtaking. Outstanding self catering.

I would definitely recommend Garden Cottage. We felt so welcome. Anel was amazing - she ensured we were comfortable for the night's stay. The cottage is big and could easily accommodate a family. It was well maintained and clean, and the fireplace was just what we needed to warm up. The pool table was a bonus, and my hubby and I found out just how rusty we were - lol.
