Quiet, relaxing and out of this world. Driving into Hogsback is like stepping into a new world. Although we only stayed 1 night at the cabins, my fiancé and I will never forget how amazed we were to experience such a unique part of this country. The cabins were cozy, peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the fireplace, the misty weather, the sounds of all the different animals around us and although we had an issue with our geyser initially, they sorted this out for us in no time. They will definitely be seeing us again the next time we pass through.

Clean, tranquil, and perfect! Absolutely amazing! Very quiet and a perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of city living! Our unit was exceptionally clean with everything one would need.

Baie rustig en baie mooi. Was awesome gewees! Staproete is baie mooi, al wat nie beskikbaar was nie, was die WiFi, maar dit het nie regtig gepla nie.

Great stay, highly recommended. Neat cabins with all amenities, friendly personnel, great setting. Enjoyed our stay very much and saw the Knysna Turaco on the walking trail, as a bonus.

It was nice, very cosy and homely, which made the stay extra special. The WiFi signal was bad; we had to buy our own data. For future investment, maybe the cabins could add a small TV or even a radio player.

Our family of 8 adults loved every moment. Clean and fresh with friendly hosts. Rooms were clean and comfy. Beds were amazing with a hot under-blanket. The communal braai area was great for our whole family to spend time together. The lawn was perfect for our outdoor games. The location allowed us to cycle and run up the pass and easily pop down into the village for other activities.
