A lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay and our host was very accommodating and helpful. The braai area was great to be able to use.

The Loft is baie rustig en still, net die geluid van die voëls wat ons laat ontspan het.

Dankie vir die kommentaar. Ons is ook lief vir voëls en het twee voëlhokke in die tuin en ons het baie neskaste in die bome geplaas.

Feels like home from home.

We had all we needed for our stay, more than expected. Beds are very comfortable, you get a good sleep. It's quiet and we enjoyed the birds outside in the garden. Andre, our host, is kind and goes out of his way to make sure we're safe and happy at all times.

Wonderful owners and a comfortable stay.

The cottage was adequate for a short stay but would not recommend as a base for a longer stay. However, the loft apartment is large and has so many handy little items. Fully self-catering with all the necessities. The owners were so thoughtful and helpful - driving a long distance to come and fetch our family when the car broke down.

Hello Odette, Thank you for taking the time to add a review. I agree about what you call 'the cottage.' It is small and cosy. It has a TV, queen-sized double bed, kitchenette, office desk and an en-suite bathroom. We offer it as a guest suite attached to the loft which, as you say, is large. It is not available as a separate apartment, but it does make a great suite for older children, parents or friends who get their own 'space,' but who dine and use the lounge etc in the upstairs loft which has another two queen-sized double beds. Hallo Mariette, dankie vir jou resensie. Ek sal graag jou gedetailleerde terugvoer wil kry oor hoe ons ons diens, sekuriteit en netheid kan verbeter. Ons is ter plaatse en 24/7 vir jou beskikbaar d.m.v. die in-kamer-interkom wat aan ons ondersteuningstoonbank gekoppel is. Watter ekstra diens sou jy graag wou hê? Ons het twee wagte by die hek 24/7, toesluitbare kamer veiligheidshekke en volledige venster diefwering. Watter bykomende sekuriteit het jy gevoel is nodig? Die Loft het 'n toegewyde huishoudster, watter saak het jy gevoel sy moes beter skoongemaak het? Ons wil die beste bied en jou terugvoer sal baie nuttig wees om ons in staat te stel om die standaarde aan te bied wat ons wil verskaf.

Hello,

Thank you very much for taking the time to offer feedback on your stay. The fact that we were not able to meet your needs is something we will definitely look into. The Loft has a dedicated housekeeper, and your 60% cleanliness rating is very disturbing. Should you stay with us in the future, please let me know while you are here if you find something that needs cleaning. The Loft offers farm-styled comfort and is not brass and glass; however, it must be spotlessly clean, and we will try to find what caused your rating. We are on-site and try not to interfere with guests; however, we do try to be of service. Our location is in the heart of the northern suburbs of Sandton, and to have poorly rated our location means to me that you wanted to be someplace else. We have two guards at the entrance 24/7, CCTV surveillance of the grounds plus security gates at all doors and Spanish full window burglar proofing throughout on the ground floor. I will check our listing to see that our address and maps are accurately presented so that others do not find themselves located where they do not want to be.

Outstanding hospitality.

What an awesome hospitality! Me and my sisters really had a great time at the Loft. The hosts really went all out to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The helper ensured that our place was well cleaned up. Wow, the sound of singing birds in the morning was just awesome. I will definitely recommend the Loft to others because I am a number 1 fan. I won't mind visiting the place again and again.
