Julle. Het 'n juweel in Cradock! Lekker gebly en soveel waarde vir geld. Ons het 'n heerlike plek. Dit is 'n pragtige plek. Ek sal graag wil weet watter tipe matras julle op die bed het. Het soos 'n droom gevoel.

Uitstekende verblyf en vir seker toekomstig gebruik maak. Hulle gaan uit hulle pad uit om jou te akkomodeer en streef om gaste se verblyf so gemaklik as moontlik te maak. Sal vir seker aanbeveel en weer gebruik maak van die akkommodasie.

Netjies, skoon, baie gerieflik. Perfekte oornagbestemming. Kamers is gerieflik en groot met private braaigeriewe. Baie bekostigbaar en veilig. Sal beslis aanbeveel.

Brilliant. The Palms is just so perfect for us. We stayed there so my husband could participate in the Fish Canoe Marathon. It is very close to the festivities and it is very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed it.

Was really great for a short stay! I only had one problem on Sunday when I wanted to show my son the pool area, there were dogs that didn't like us being around, and I asked the lady if we could pass to go to the pool area because her dogs kept on running towards us as I tried getting out of the car and she refused. After I requested she let us pass the 4th time, she said she would see who could put the dogs back, and I got frustrated and rather left the guesthouse.

Good day, Thank you for your support we truly appreciate it. We had a guest with her small dogs that weekend until Tuesday seeing we are a pet-friendly guesthouse. We were 2 on duty, both a blonde lady and a blonde gentleman. We serviced the flats as the people checked out as well as helped the people remove their function goods. We do not recall once a request nor see a phone call on either of the 2 numbers, noted on the 30cm x 25cm Rules & Info board at the flat front doors, to ask the other guest to take her dogs back to her flat courtyard and neither does the gentlemen on duty. We however saw the dogs running for half an hour in the garden area with her husband overseeing them. I do appologize on their behalf and regret that you did not bring it to our attention seeing it could have been resolved immediately without making a note of it on a review platform. We would have loved to resolve it if it was just communicated to both of us on duty that morning moving between flats or even then a phone call to either one of us. We can only appologize on the platform seeing we can not help resolve it now. Kind Regards Management
