Description
The Sea View Cottage Margate is situated on the same premises as our Homestead Exclusive Guest House.
The Cottage is a lovely small holiday home suitable for a family of 4 adults with 2 children. Self-catering. No cleaning by staff. Linen is provided and only changeable every third day. Guests should please bring their own bath- and beach towels.
Safe open parking behind a remote gate with electric fencing. We do have water tanks if no water.
The cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedrooms are equipped with 1 double bed, 2 three-quarter beds and 2 child-only beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a bath. The living area has a TV with DStv and the unit has ceiling fans and 2 standing fans. The unit leads out to a veranda with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, toaster, iron board and iron and a stove.
There is a swimming pool available for our guests. We are walking distance from shops, laundromats and the beach. No laundry service on premises. Braai facilities at the pool or you can make use of small portable braai next to the cottage.
