Felt free and as is, people very helpful and friendly like the quietness great facilities must say. The indoor Jacuzzi was nice and private, and the outside jacuzzi as well nice and clean, and save liked the room service enjoyed it and cleaning took place at good and regular times.

We had a lovely weekend away. Definitely the place for you and your spouse for some quality time. The guesthouse has two swimming pools and two Jacuzzis available to use for their guests during their stay for entertainment. As well as a braai area. There is a spa if you would like to have some treatments done. They also serve a lovely breakfast. The staff is so welcoming and helpful.

Fantasties. Dankie. Ons het ons verblyf geniet vandat ons gestop het tot ons vertrek het. Die personeel is baie vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Uitstekende diens en vriendelike personeel. Baie goeie diens en vriendelike personeel. Het gebruik gemaak van die spa, ''couples massage'' en was baie tevrede. Enigste iets wat aandag kan geniet is die ontbyt, dit kan teen die tarief beslis verbeter word.

Good day Liezl Thank you for choosing Thyme and we are terribly sorry you did not enjoy your stay with us. We pride ourselves in our facilities and staff which includes two full time chefs to prepare our meals and a Guesthouse Manager who stays on the property. Unfortunately when our Guesthouse Coordinator, Fiona, was there to check you in you were in a terrible hurry and did not want to tour the facilities and hurried her along. Your booking was also made with a landline number and standard procedure since Covid is to whatsapp our guests with all our information, including wi-fi passwords, meal and beverage menus as well as our contact number for any after hour requests. We do adhere to a strict pest control system and this is monitored closely by our housekeeping and maintenance staff. None of the housekeeping staff reported any ants in your rooms but we apologise for this unusual occurrence you experienced to. We are in the process of installing rechargeable lights to strategic areas so that guests are able to move around during loadshedding a bit more freely. We also have generators guests are able to use as necessary. We would really appreciate you trying us again and if so please feel free to book personally through me and I can arrange a discount and ensure that you are given the proper information on check-in. I have also now done a full training session with the staff so they are aware of the valuable feedback you have given us and also in the event that a guest has not been sent our welcome whatsapp message to then print it and put it under their door. Fantastiese verblyf. Vriendelike diens met aankoms ontvang. Verblyf is netjies skoon en daar heers 'n rustige atmosfeer. Kamers is netjies skoon. Sal definitief weer daar oornag.
