Unpleasant with a 2/5. The place is self-catering, but unit counts then they don't give towels (I had to go buy) and no extra toilet paper. There are so many rules of what you can and can't do that it was almost unpleasant. Apartment on 2nd floor that was not communicated. On top of all this I had to pay a breakage deposit!
