Description
Transkei Beach Cottages is situated on the Transkei Wild Coast, 23 km east of Kei Mouth. The host lives on the property and is always available to help guests.
Accommodation is offered in 2 beach cottages. Both units have private bathrooms, a 2-plate gas stove, a fridge-freezer, and a selection of kitchenware.
Running water is provided and is sourced from a local spring which is wonderful to drink.
Braai facilities are provided on the property. The host farms an organic garden on the property and fresh produce is available to guests, depending on availability. Wi-Fi is available.
The accommodation is pet-friendly, provided the pets are well-disciplined and their bedding is provided.
All bottles, tins and nappies brought by guests, must be taken back with them as there are no disposal facilities.
Baited hooks must be removed from fishing rods to prevent the dogs from swallowing them.
The rondavels are located 20 m from the beach which is great for those sunrise and sunset walks and there are great fishing spots.
