Treehouse Cottage is situated in Ashlands which was formerly part of Ashlands Farm. Ashlands is a rural estate set inside the indigenous forest, in Askop Road, The Crags. The Crags is located between Nature's Valley and Plettenberg Bay, and is arguably the most beautiful part of the Garden Route. Treehouse Cottage is ideal for an artist's retreat or for a couple or young family wanting to be close to all that Plettenberg Bay offers but far enough to enjoy the natural surroundings.

The cottage is part of the home of local artists, Sally Rush and Margaret Knight, but has a separate entrance and secure parking. Sally and Margaret run their artist's studio from their home. They are great bird-lovers and have been attracting birds to the area for many years. Consequently the birdlife is amazing!

This quaint open-plan cottage can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 small children. Since it is open-plan, it is only really suitable for a family. It contains a double bed, and 2 single beds that are suitable for children. The modern bathroom contains a shower. Maximum 2 adults and 2 children.

The cottage has a kitchenette, with a 2-plate stove, a microwave and a bar fridge. It has a small living area containing a TV with a DStv decoder. There is also a fan, a heater and an electric blanket to ensure your comfort throughout the year. The charming wooden deck overlooks the indigenous forest, and offers Weber-braai facilities. There is an automatic gate for which you will be given a remote control.
