Description
Umhlanga Villa Fairwood Place is a modern self-catering home in Umhlanga, situated across the road from the La Lucia Mall and a 2 minute drive to the beach.
The home is ideal for a large family, groups of friends and sports tours, and can accommodate up to 21 guests. There are 6 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms.
Rooms 1, 4 and 5 each contain a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. Rooms 2 and 6 have a full en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, a toilet and washbasin. Room 3 contains an en-suite bathroom with bath only, toilet and washbasin. The bedrooms contains single beds which can be configured as double beds on request. All the bedrooms have air-conditioning, and a TV with a selection of DStv channels.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The kitchen leads a large dining area with tables and chairs. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Outside, there is a lovely garden and a koi pond, a large roof-top swimming pool with ocean views and braai facilities.
The house has full time employees which service the rooms daily. A laundry service and a massage therapist can be arranged at an additional fee. Secure parking for 10 vehicles is provided, and the house has its own security guard.
