Fantastic. The place was great. It had the nature that we wanted, and the place was clean. Everything was perfect. It was more than what we expected.

Worst stay ever. There was load shedding for 4 hours a day. Then we received a message that we were on low voltage due to Eskom. There was no gas stove, and the rechargeable globes were dim and flickering. There was no concern from the owner to see if we needed anything or if we were okay after the message. The swings were broken, and the pool was green. Our food got spoiled and we had to eat out. The kids' tri-bunk room and bathroom were damp because the fans were not working.

Hi Arishna, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we have no control over the load shedding. The entire South Coast, from Southbroom to Port Edward, had no power due to a fault. I did send you a message with this information and a map as soon as I received the notification. You did not respond to my message seeking assistance. This Eskom issue was unfortunately out of my control. We do not have a gas stove, but we do have a Weber braai that can be used during load shedding. The fans will not work with no power. We have checked and they are in working order. Regrettably, the pool was green due to the motors not being able to run because of the power outage/low voltage which lasted two days. Thanks for bringing the one broken swing to our attention. I have reported the broken swing to the resort manager. Regards
