Breakage Deposit
A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the property.
House Rules
The water and electricity infrastructure in the village is sometimes under pressure so guests should please use it sparingly and bring a flashlight or 2.
Please note, that sections of the apartment are accessed via stairs, and may not be suitable for young children, the elderly, or guests with disabilities.
A cleaner comes once per 7-day week to deep clean and swap linen if necessary.
An additional cleaning service is available at an extra cost.
Only guide dogs are allowed.
For information regarding activities and conservation projects in the area, guests can drop by the Natures Valley Trust and taxpayers' office on the ground floor. They also offer wonderful educational activities in and around Natures Valley for all ages during the Christmas and Easter school holidays.
The breakage fee of R1500 is refundable within 5 working days if the apartment is left in the same condition without any loss, very dirty, polluted by smoke, or breakage. This property is private and the right of access is reserved.
