Mooi uitsig maar huis kort TLC. Die huis het ‘n pragtige uitsig en goeie ligging, maar is nie gerieflik ingerig nie en kort aandag. Om die huidige fooie wat deur die eienaar gehef word te regverdig moet die huis opgegradeer word.

Asemrowende uitsigte uit die kamers. Heerlike binne en buite braai. Loopafstand van die see. Ideaal vir klein of groot groep.

This is a very lovely home and makes you want to stay much longer than planned. The view is to die for, the house space is wonderful and it is very cosy during cold and stormy weather. It's a place where you can make beautiful memories with a young family. I would definitely recommend it. The house is perfectly positioned with amazing views of the ocean. The house is very well insulated and very cosy making a winter stay perfect as well. We took so much extra bedding and warm clothes with but it was not needed at all. The house on arrival was very neat and the hostess was very friendly and available for any inquiries. The house is well equipped for cooking, seating and very spacious. Quite a bit of maintenance work is needed though but nothing that should stop one from visiting it. Drainage of showers don't work well, gunky water pushes back up through the drains which we were told to manage through some powdery solution to dissolve whatever pushed through and drainage is very, very slow so you stand in dirty water. There's a connection between the dishwasher water and the downstairs shower's drain so the water of the dishwasher pushes through into the shower. Shower curtains and floors are a bit mouldy. Shower heads held together by a wire. One particular shower head only gives a narrow spray and is not adjustable. The lounge roof (above the window next to the lounge door) has a very strong leak so when it rains the water runs down the wall onto the floor. The back door also rains in. The bedrooms wall plugs are not standard so you cannot charge your phone in your rooms. Where standard wall sockets were available, it was not in working order. There are some other minor TLC that can be done but should be noticed by the caretaker of the home. This review is only given not to put anyone off from booking but just to do some fixes and make the stay a bit more pleasant. Overall, my family had an absolutely wonderful stay. This is our second visit and will do so again and again.

Lekker gebly en gekuier, maar daar is ruimte vir verbetering in die instandhouding van die huis. Ons voel die huis kon skoner gewees het. Mens sien ou spinnerakke teen die plafonne en die onderste kamer buite se vloer was glad nie gewas nie, ou koffiedruppels op die vloer. Daar is ook heelwat gloeilampies wat nie werk nie. Slegs een rolletjie one ply toiletpapier in elke toilet. Plastiekstoele vir die plastiektafel wat mens buitentoe kan dra het meegegee onder 2 van ons.

Baie gerieflik met 'n pragtige see-uitsig. Die plek het baie potensiaal. Ongelukkig was dit nie skoon nie en die huis word nie goed onderhou nie.
