Netjies, veilig, goed geleë. Baie lekker, blyplek is skoon en netjies. Veilige onderdakparkering, ons sal beslis weer gebruik maak van Urban Oasis en dit aanbeveel.

A place to sleep. The stay, for its intended purpose, was sufficient - not good and not bad. We needed a place to sleep close to a specific location, and that is what we got and nothing more or less. We arrived at Urban Oasis @ Perspectives and were told that we were sleeping in another building around the corner and that parking was at another building, but luckily someone came from the back and advised on alternative parking - you must make sure of this when you book as some of the parking is off-site. The parking garage was also not clearly marked, and we did not know where to go or how to get into the apartment building, but luckily the security saw us on the cameras walking about looking like we were lost. The apartment itself was clean but not spotless and had most of the amenities but not all, e.g. it had sugar and coffee but no milk, there was a hand towel but no mat for getting out of the shower, it had WiFi but none of the streaming services worked, etc. There was a sign that said that the pipes were noisy, and they were, and we could hear the lift going up and down from the apartment. The place just doesn't feel safe.

Average and disappointing compared to expectations. I was very disappointed as I felt like I was being catfished by the pictures of the place compared to the apartment itself. It is completely different. The apartment building had residents living there. I was under the impression we would be above an urban oasis restaurant/bar as per the pictures so in actual fact it was very disappointing. The housekeeper came to clean the apartment after 2 pm, that is so late for a place to be cleaned.

Good day Faldiela, we regret that you did not enjoy your stay with us, and we strongly object to you feeling misled. We are managing four different properties in the East City of Cape Town, one of them being our Apart-Hotel which you seemingly wanted to book. What you did book is an apartment in the Perspectives Building. Our photos are always recent and representative of all our properties. For the benefit of our future guests: Should you have made an error in booking the property, please simply inform us and we will, of course, re-allocate the booking to the property of your choice.

Okay. Netjies en skoon, maar glad nie volgens wat gesê was op webwerf nie, geen king-size bed nie, mooi view van Tafelberg en kyk reguit in jou bure se woning in waar hulle kosmaak en aantrek.

Hi Johan, we are quite disappointed that you did not enjoy your stay with us. We manage five apartments in this building and while they are very similar in size and furnishings, they are on different floors. The photos on our listings are accurate and recent and are a true reflection of the apartments as well as the views. We checked on the actual booking and saw you were in one of our two bedroom apartments on the eleventh floor, looking straight onto Table Mountain, so we are a bit confused about the comment about the views not being as expected. The layout of the two bedrooms was done with a family in mind, being two single beds in one bedroom and a queen bed in the other bedroom, both with an en-suite. Again, we are sorry we could not meet your expectations, we hope you still had a good time in our city.
