Lots of fun and relaxation. It was amazing. Extremely spacious. Could cater for all 7 of my family (including a short-haired dog). Everyone could do their own thing or do lots of fun stuff together. The beach was a couple of meters away. The house had every amenity you could think of. Even ran my dog in the neighbourhood and the beach every day. People were really friendly. The enclosed pool, cinema centre, pool table and foosball meant staying indoors or out was super fun. The house was clean and appealing to stay in. Would definitely go back.

A most enjoyable stay. We were a family of 10 with mom, sisters and grandchildren and stayed for 12 days. My family and I had a most enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful stay at Villa Mozay. The kids especially enjoyed the pool, movie theatre room and pool table. All the bedrooms are upstairs, so this is something to consider for elderly people. Our hosts were most accommodating and went out of their way to cater to all our needs. We made memories that we will treasure for a long time and hope to be able to return again in the near future.

Villa Mozay

We would like to thank Tashnime for choosing Villa Mozay to be their home over the festive season! They are awesome people and we loved hosting them. We always go the extra mile to assist our guests to make their stay enjoyable and make them feel at home, no matter the extent, although sometimes some things are out of our control, but this family were easy-going, understanding and very awesome. They left our house neat and clean and they took good care of our house. We really loved having them there. We would recommend them to any house and they are welcome to come back to Villa Mozay anytime!

Below expectations. Our experience was below expectations. The bedding was old, stained and completely inadequate. While the owner did offer to replace it, the overall condition of the property needed more work than new linen. Doors and walls were dirty and damaged, cupboards wouldn’t open, and there were no bedside tables in our room as advertised, forcing us to place all our belongings on the floor—an inconvenience, especially with a newborn baby. Basic amenities were lacking: cheap cutlery, rusted kettle, no bedding for the sleeper couches, no wine glasses, drying rack, hand soaps or placemats to name a few. For the price we paid, the quality felt substandard. The owners have some maintenance and work to do.

Villa Mozay

At Villa Mozay, we take great pride in ensuring our guests have everything they need to enjoy their stay. It is unfortunate when guests find themselves in a situation where they feel compelled to take such steps, especially after a change in plans, risking the loss of their payment if they were to cancel. In this case, the guests informed us of their intention to check out and requested to pay for only one night. During the same conversation, they expressed how much their children enjoyed the house but cited a stain on the bed as the reason for wanting to cancel their stay. It is worth noting that the guests had requested an early check-in and spent almost a day and a half before eventually deciding to check out. The husband had recently undergone surgery and was struggling with the stairs. Villa Mozay works with a professional cleaning company, and while we assured the guests that we would address the matter with them, we immediately offered to provide new bedding. However, this offer was declined by the guests. Villa Mozay also informed them that we would refer the refund request to the booking platform due to it being peak season. It was only at this point that the guests provided a list of issues, which was forwarded to the platform to facilitate a three-day refund. It became clear that the guests had no intention of staying, but were reluctant to lose the entire booking fee due to the cancellation policy. Villa Mozay consistently receives excellent ratings across all major booking platforms. Unfortunately, there is little that can be done if guests have ulterior motives. That being said, we are always open to feedback and continuously strive to improve the guest experience at Villa Mozay.

Villa Mozay

Villa Mozay waardeer die mooi boodskap. Dit was 'n groot plesier om hierdie gaste te he in ons Villa…die huis was in baie goeie toestand gelos, baie netjiese gaste wat ek sal voorstel aan enige gaste huis. Hulle is welkom enige tyd by Villa Mozay.
