Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R2500 is payable directly to the property.

House Rules

A Cleaning fee of R650 will be added to the breakage deposit, which is payable upon rendering the invoice from Property Eagles on the day of arrival.
Smoking in designated areas at the bar and braai area only is allowed.
No eating and drinking in the bedrooms.
The house must be left in a neat and tidy state.
No extra guests are allowed than paid for.
Pets are ot allowed.
