Goeie diens maar nie waarde vir geld nie.

Die diens ontvang was relatief goed. Die verblyf self is glad nie waarde vir geld nie, mens kan sien dit was op 'n tyd die moeite werd en geld werd, maar daar word geen onderhoud gedoen nie. Daar is ook nêrens genoem dat daar 'n opsigter op die perseel woon nie. Die sleutels van deure na buite is gebreek. Dit was glad nie 'n goeie ervaring nie. Ons het ook gesukkel om sleutels na die woning te kry, insluitend die beheer van die outomatiese hek.

We thank you so much for this constructive review and apologise for the issue with the key which had broken in the slot and a replacement hadn't been done before your check-in. This issue was resolved on the afternoon of your check-out day.
Our Villa has a host residing separately from guests' rooms, to provide a warm welcome, assist with lighting during load-shedding, ensure security, and cleanliness. We sincerely apologise for not highlighting this to you at check-in and on our website.
Contact numbers are provided on all booking platforms to facilitate smooth communication before arrival, during check-in and throughout your stay. Thus, we apologise once again if your check-in process or access to the premises was not smooth or delayed.
We appreciate you complimenting other aspects of your stay and also pinpointing areas where improvement is needed, which we have already started addressing to ensure our guests' stays are memorable.
The management and owners are extending an offer for a free night stay at our 131 On Herbert Baker Boutique Hotel or Ambonnay Terrace Guest House in the Groenkloof & Waterkloof suburbs of Pretoria. We would love to host you again.

Was heerlik. Christiaan was met ons in kontak op 'n gereelde basis.

Christiaan het ons gulhartig ontvang. Alles was netjies, mooi. Ons het 'n baie aangename naweek gehad.
