Wild Olive Guest Farm's Sunbird Chalet is situated in the Goukou River Valley, approximately 300 km from Cape Town near Still Bay, marking the beginning of the world-renowned Garden Route.
Perched above the Goukou River and surrounded by an olive grove, amidst milkwood trees, this wooden, open-plan chalet is fully equipped for self-catering convenience. The cosy accommodation accommodates up to 4 guests, featuring a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet, and basin.
The kitchen is outfitted with a stove, microwave, and fridge, and stocked with cutlery and crockery. For chilly winter nights, a fireplace warms the chalet. Outside, a private braai area awaits with provided wood for an evening of grilling.
Alternatively, guests can relax on the deck under an ancient milkwood tree beside the river, perfect for swimming and boating from the private jetty. Bird enthusiasts can enjoy spotting numerous species that inhabit the area, making for a delightful birding experience.
