House Rules

The house is not child-friendly, so unfortunately no children under 12 are allowed.
The house is rented as self-catering accommodation. Basic items are provided on arrival including toilet paper, milk, coffee, the first batch of wood for the fireplace, dish soap etc. Any top-ups are the guest's responsibility.
If the house is left in a poor or dirty condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged and any damage to household items will be for the guest's account.
Smoking in the house is strictly prohibited.
