Zeekoegat Historical Homestead offers true farm-style accommodation in a historic homestead built in 1795. It is located on a tranquil working farm situated at the foothills of the Langeberg mountain range in Riversdale. The farm is ideal for guests looking for a break away from city life.
Zeekoegat Homestead is a self-catering house which is split into a large upstairs area that can accommodate 4 guests and 1 small child, and a separate unit with an outside entrance that can accommodate 2 guests. Other amenities include a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a lounge, a dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and a fireplace.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, toaster, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.. The downstairs unit with a separate entrance comprises an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette.
This accommodation is for animal and nature lovers. There is a wide variety of domestic animals including boisterous friendly dogs and crowing cockerels as dawn breaks. Pets are not allowed.
