The house was smelling and unbearable for the kids.

When we got to the house, we had to wait outside with the kids. The agent had forgotten to send our details to the gate, so we were told to sit outside the gate with small babies. When we got to the house, the mats were smelling, and the first night was unbearable with the kids. My daughter is even congested due to this. I spoke to the agent the following day, and the mats were cleaned.
