Established in 1922, Durban Country Club is a popular club amongst both golf enthusiasts and Durban residents alike. Situated only 1km from Durban’s Golden Mile beachfront, the course consists of lush vegetation, sand dunes, and views of the Indian Ocean. The clubhouse is known for its classic Cape Dutch architecture, offering a place of relaxation and fun for the entire family.
Durban Country Club was recently voted one of the Top 100 golf courses of the world by Golf Magazine USA. Steeped in tradition and history, the course has played host to the South African Open on 16 different occasions and is the venue for the SA Open’s centenary celebration in 2010.
