George Campbell School of Technology is a co-ed public high school that offers a specialised academic education in technology in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. The school caters for 1000 students from Grade 8 to Grade 12. The George Campbell School of Technology is the school of choice for any student interested in pursuing a career in engineering, mathematics, science, or technology.
HERITAGE
George Campbell School of Technology was founded in 1910 as the Day Continuation School. It was part of Glenwood High School and attached to the Durban Technical College. The school moved to the current premises in 1963 and named George Campbell Technical High School, after a prominent Durbanite, Dr George Campbell. The name was changed to George Campbell School of Technology in 2003.
ACADEMICS
The school motto is Ne Obliviscaris which means “Forget Not”.
