Description
The Lime Tree Café is a lovely community restaurant and deli nestled in the suburbs at the Sherwood Centre in Bergvliet. The special boards change daily, and the indoor and outdoor seating are always bustling with activity. Look forward to breakfasts like crepes, bacon and eggs, omelettes, fresh fruit, and smoothies. Lunch and dinners consist of salads, sandwiches, steaks, chicken, burgers, and seafood like salmon, mussels, prawns, and calamari. A small kids menu offers French toast, toasties, burgers, and DIY Sundaes.
It’s also the perfect place to stop off for a drink or afternoon tea with a variety of milkshakes, sodas, fruit juice, coffee, hot chocolate, and teas, as well as a variety of croissants and cakes. The adjacent Olio Pizza offers thin based pizzas made in a wood burning oven, and a range of home-made pastas.
