Malelane Gate
Description
The Malelane Gate to the Kruger National Park is located around 20km from Kruger Bush Lodge in Marloth Park, Mpumalanga. It is known for the wide variety of animals spotted in the area. When you drive through this gate, you drive through the original reserve where the park’s first warden, Colonel James Stevenson-Hamilton, was placed in 1902.
The routes that lead from Malelane Gate will guide you to rest camps and game viewing spots - Main road to Skukuza (h5) - Circular drive past Berg-en-dal camp (S110) - Crocodile River Road (S114 to S25)
