Nuy Winery
Description
The lush and fertile Nuy Winery was founded in 1963, and the belief from when they were first created, holds true to the wines they produce today – top quality. Their mission includes producing each bottle of wine with character and inspiration, and their flavour-filled offerings certainly fulfil that. Due to their position below the Langeberg Mountains, the average temperatures, and often snow-capped peaks, ensure their grapes grow slowly and produce crisp fruity flavours.
The Cellar Masters they employ are well-trained and well-travelled, having been to top European wine regions such as France and Germany. Some of their popular offerings include their Chenin Blanc, Colombar Dry, Chant De Nuit, Cabernet Sauvignon, and their Syrah-Barrel Selection. Cellar tours and wine tasting can be organised by prior arrangement.
