Triggerfish Brewing

Description

Triggerfish Brewing is a craft brewery based in Somerset West near Cape Town, in the Western Cape. Set in an unassuming, ramshackle building, this beer tasting bar offers a selection of hand crafted fine ales using only premium malt, hops, yeast, and water with no additives or preservatives. Despite its small size and limited availability, Triggerfish Brewing has become a respected brand in the Western Cape.

Their product range consists of 7 staple beers and a host of seasonal and once off "wild" beers. They have usually have 14 or more beers on tap and brewed at least 24 different beers to date. The Triggerfish taproom offers a menu to compliment the beer and is open from noon Monday to Saturday.
