Lebone II - College of the Royal Bafokeng is a leading independent co-ed preparatory and secondary school in Phokeng, North West. The school caters for 265 students from Grade 7 to Grade 12. Lebone II prides itself on its unique African heritage. While it is a predominantly English medium school, students are taught Setswana as a second language. The school is affiliated with the Independent Schools Association of Southern Africa (ISASA). Boarding facilities are available.
HERITAGE
Lebone II - College of the Royal Bafokeng was established in 1997 by former Kgosi Mollwane Lebone Boikanyo Molotlegi. He came from a long line of powerful ancestors who dedicated their lives to the Royal Bafokeng Nation and uplifting the Bafokeng people. The dream has been pursued by the present Kgosi, Kgosi Leruo Tshekedi Molotlegi, who has a passion for realising excellence in education for the Bafokeng people in this region and beyond.
ACADEMICS
The 2014 Matrics achieved a 100% pass rate and 89.5% of these students achieved a Bachelor Degree pass.
