Rhodes University Conference Venue
Description
Rhodes University (RU or Rhodes) was founded as Rhodes University College in Grahamstown, Eastern Cape. Established in 1904, it is the oldest of the four universities in the province. It was named after Cecil John Rhodes due to a grant it received from the Rhodes Trust. There are over 7,000 students at the university, around half of which live in residence on campus, while the rest live in digs in Grahamstown.
Rhodes University is a great location for a conference. It has a range of conference venues and can fulfil almost any accommodation and catering needs. Depending on the size of the conference, Rhodes University can offer seating for 10 – 500 delegates. They can also organise airport transfers from Port Elizabeth Airport, and a range of other services to make your conference run as smoothly as possible.
