City Lodge Hotel Port Elizabeth"The CBD is not a very good picture to show tourist, because the heritage site old buildings are not in good shape and it is dirty. The beaches and surrounding areas was dirty, strewn with litter where people was using it the previous day. I was born in PE and this is not the same place as previously. It is shocking!"
