"Goeie ligging om suidkus te verken. Lagoon se water ruik egter na riool as jy naby waterval kom met trapbootjies. Dit was seker ook rede hoekom swem daarin verbode was."

"Major water issues in the area from the municipality side. One might be without tap water for days on end. Beach toilets are locked when the water supply is off. Hibberdene town has all the basic shops one needs to get supplies, meds, drinks, gasoline and food. Beach lifesavers weren't always visible on the beach to watch swimmers as the lifeguard house had some partying, drinking alcohol the whole Friday with the locals. Beaches weren't always clean as there was a lot of rubbish washing out and laying around on the beach. The best shells collecting we had so far I must say and swimming was great"
