"We have expected something better. The Addo Elephant Park is a far better choice."
"Fantastiese plek! Netjies en skoon en mooi! Die diere is in 'n baie goeie toestand!"
"Would definitely be back, 5 minutes from Orpen Gate, ideal location for travellers who want to enter the Orpen Gate early, or exit late. "
"The Park is always a special place to visit. However some of the ablutions at the camps as well as picnic spots are not up to the standards that they were in the past. The ablution block we used at Letaba had a bad water leak in the ladies section which was reported by various visitors but nothing was done about it while we were there."
Ek noem dit my Happy Place!"
"First time at the Orpen Gate. We had beautiful sightings. More sightings than any other gate I know."
"I was unlucky as I drove up to Satara rest camp without seeing a lot of animals. Even elephants were hard to see. I think this part of the park is not preferred by animals. The weather was quite good. So, it may not be due to bad weather. I'm planning to return to the park but I hope to use a different entry and stay for a longer period."
