"Marloth is an ideal base for trips to Kruger, Nelspruit, and the Panorama Route (recommended!). There are shops and good restaurants. Zebras, giraffes and kudus are roaming free in the park so for that you don't have to go to Kruger."

"A friend and I discussed the feel of the place. One room had some cracks in the wall and we both decided that it added heritage to the place and contributed to it being around for so long. We noticed the bathroom and dining room was revamped - nicely done with some modern feel but keeping the tradition. We helped a little calf who was tied up. He had managed to get himself knotted around 2 stumps and could no longer have the freedom to move. What an awesome little fellow he/she was. Followed up around as far as he could once we got the rope off the stumps."
"Dit was die eerste keer dat ek Dullstroom besoek het. Dit was 'n aangename ervaring! Daar is soveel lieflike restaurant (van pannekoek, wafels, opregte koffiewinkels, tot kos vir die fynproewers) en die natuur rondom die dorp is baie mooi. Maak seker jul mis nie 'n whisky & chocolate tasting by Wild About Wiskey nie (duur, maar lekker). "
"Lydenburg is 'n mooi dorp, met vriendelike mense. Dit is beslis die moeite werd om 'n draai daar te maak."

"Ons kan Marloth Park aanbeveel as 'n toeristebestemming. Ligging is fantasties vir 'n dagbesoek aan die Wildtuin, maar ook beslis die moeite werd vir 'n kuier wat die Wildtuin uitsluit. Baie mooi uitkykpunte oor die Krokodilrivier. Besoek aan Leespruit natuurreservaat was effens teleurstellend. Ons het baie min wild gesien. "
