Ipanema 3"Sommige naweke bietjie raserig met besoekers wat partytjie hou op parkeergronde naby strand. Die volgende oggend lyk dit soos 'n vullishoop, maar die munisipaliteit is redelik vinnig op die toneel om skoon te maak."

"Clean beaches. Quiet small town near beaches. Public transport willing to help however they will take you for a ride here and there because of language barrier. Meter taxis are best option and reliable though costly."

"We could not find any restaurants in Doonside, but Warner beach which is very close has a nice rustic restaurant which has pensioner specials. The food was delicious and well priced. There is a Fruit and Veg shop across the railway line which sells almost anything, and there is a lovely shopping centre a short distance away. If you are looking for bright lights and entertainment you would have to travel, but if you need to rest and just enjoy the sea and the beach it is ideal."
