House Rules

- Breakfast is served from 08:00 – 10:00.
- Early breakfast, from 07:00 onwards, can be provided on prior request.
- Children aged 0-2 share on a complimentary basis in their parents bed / pre-booked cot.
- No allowance for extra beds in room.
- No pets allowed.
- All rooms and interiors are strictly non-smoking.
- A room recovery fee will be charged to guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
- Those wishing to smoke, may do so outside in specifically designated areas.
- No smoking is allowed near guest entrances or windows.
