House Rules
The Kenny Close Complex has rules that all guests must read, understand, and agree to.
Guests should behave respectfully to ensure everyone's safety, peace, and comfort.
Noise must be kept to a minimum in order to respect neighbours. and other visitors.
Smoking is not allowed in the accommodation
Hair colouring products may not be used during your stay.
The complex is secure, with Marshall Security and AI cameras monitoring the area, including North Beach Road and the beach.
The pool is available for use, but no food or drinks are allowed in the pool area. Guests must rinse off sand under the pool shower before entering, and the pool kreepy must not be tampered with.
Unit 10 includes a remote-controlled lock-up garage on North Beach Road and 1 parking bay within the complex (Bay 10). Visitors should park in the visitor bay or behind the garage on North Beach Road. Other parking bays may only be used with permission.
Basic cleaning is done on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between 09:00 and 14:00. Additional cleaning, laundry, ironing, or babysitting services are available for R200 per day. A clotheshorse is available on request.
Small dogs are allowed with prior permission.
The complex has roaming cats and a troop of monkeys. Do not feed the monkeys, and keep the first and second bedroom windows closed when they visit to avoid them entering.
